My Name is Natalie Twyneham and I am twenty one years of age. My first stage appearance was at the age of two dressed as a baby elephant along side my brother who is now twenty one. I stole the show by hitting him with the basket I was carrying. I have learnt all of my dance abilities from my Mum and Aunt who run a Theatre Company. This has provided the opportunity for me to sing, dance and act plus play my own compositions to a live audience. I learnt piano from a great and patient piano teacher called John who encouraged me to play from the heart. He would get me to analyse music; what a wonderful tutor. My vocal coach Ilona has assisted with my vocal development and progression. What more could I ask for ? Where does this talent come from ? My Dad was a bass player in a band and my Mum was a dancer and still a choreographer, writer, producer and director of amateur theatre productions. I used to watch my Dad play in his band and my Mum perform when she was doing caberet. I wanted to get up on to the stage from a very young age. As my parents said “once you have appeared on a stage in front of an audience there is little else to compare the magical atmosphere you experience it will always be in your blood”. I sincerely hop my music inspires you in some way and perhaps the melody or lyrics provide a source of reflection and comfort. Quite simply, I want you to enjoy my music but also remember it. You know one of those songs you can’t get out of your head.
