Hello I'm Nipper I'm 30 and have been playing music most of my life, I picked up a guitar when I was 16 and thats when it really started, even though I was the drummer in my first band at 18 called charris. Our first ever gig was in an illeagal biker bar in Faversham and we were locked in till 4:30 am, none of us drove so we carted our gear around in shopping trollys and had to be in the recording studio at 8:30 that morning, rock and roll or so we thought, anyway that lasted about a year until I joined my brothers band Powdermill Lane as a guitarist who were based in Tunbridge Wells. so I upped sticks and moved all the way from Canterbury wow! We rehearsed twice a week and got drunk and experimented the rest of the time. I've lost count of the number of gigs we played but we played all over and had a fucking ball. The last gig we played was in Glasgow and we made a weekend of it, discovered buckfast and mellow sunday drinking in a bar where if you bought a pint of stella you got a free vodka chaser, nice and mellow right up our street. Sadly that came to a head in 2000 and I started writing songs and a couple of projects in between which never really got out of the rehearsal rooms, which is a shame as they had real potential. At present I'm writing on my own and trying to get my head around computer softwear (I'm a muso not not a tech head). I've kinda got caught up in all the things I said I never would work, mortgage etc.. and life is too short for all that shit you blink and ten years and three bands have gone so time to write some more songs bye.x
