Hi all, me and a mate Iain decided to do some home recording, and this is what we've made so far..
A usual night is purchasing a bottle of Whiskey, rigging up the recording equipment whilst deciding what to learn and what to play, we jam for about half an hour and commence with the recording..by the end of the night we are rocking to our latest cover, very very drunk...cracking nights!
We have also had the pleasure of a couple of other people such as Jo on backing to So Long Marianne by the great Leonard Cohen..
The usual line up is me (Sam) on lead/rhythm guitar, vox, Tamborine, Percussion and Bass, Iain usual creates an interesting groove in an alternate tuning.
As I say, all tunes are learnt and recorded on the very same night, whilst sinking a bottle of Whiskey, we hope you enjoy the tunes at least half as much as we enjoyed making them.
