THE ROOLS

6 Piece band from Manchester formed in January 2007. Childhood friends with a joint desire to play great music drawing on there myriad musical influences from Neil Young to Paul Weller, The Brian Jonestown Massacre to Led Zeppelin, The Beach Boys to The Charlatans, The Kinks to Bob Dylan. The Rools have drawn a large following in there home town of Manchester playing successful dates at venues such as the Manchester Academy, The Ritz, Night & Day Café and the Roadhouse. Driven by melodic harmonies and guitar based wall of sound rock'n'roll The Rools try to defy convention, one minute fast paced rocking out the next spaced out shoe gazing. We will be playing on Sunday 25th May on stage 1 at The Dry Bar, Oldham Street, Manchester. Tickets are £6 and will be available from the band from April.
