some words about me

I'm 30 years old and I live in Royston, Great Britain.

Here is my biography:
"What a Star!" - BBC Radio Cambridgeshire "The Best and Catchiest Verse Of The Songs That We Have Heard Today"- popular indie band Boy Kill Boy from www.popworldpromotes.com on Alex's song "Blue Jeans" for his band New Dynamics "Cheeky songwriting genius" - Hope Street Music (Cambridge Music Promotions Organisation)"Harris is a natural front man, entertaining the audience as if he's playing Wembley Stadium" - Richard Paul, Hunt Post "Chart Friendly Tunes" - Cambridge Evening News "Top Stuff!" - Q103 FM, Cambridge Radio Station "Lovely" - Myuploaded.com "Refreshingly Pop, Clean And Commercially Exciting" - Richard Paul, Hunts Post "Really catchy memorable songs that stick in your head. Very professional and delivered well" - Neil Jones (Cambridgshire Star FM Rock Show presenter) "Chart friendly tunes. Alex is a charismatic frontman and has subtle songwriting skills. Talented with a bright future ahead" - Cambridge Evening News "A very exciting artist. Definate chart potential. Great quality of music - strong melodies and good hooks. A genuine Contender!" - Bruce Dickinson (Ex-Little Angels guitarist and founder of Brighton Institute Of Music) "Good songwriting and melodies" - The Sticks (Regional Cambridge entertainment guide) "Strong and well-crafted songwriting" - Richard Brown (Head of music at The Junction Cambridge UK Arts Venue) "Storming" - The Boat Race (Legendary Ex Cambridge Venue) . Alex Harris is a Herts/Cambs based singer/songwriter and has performed and been involved in various bands/projects for since 1993, has done session work for Roland(musical instrument manufacturers) and The BBC at Earls Court and written music for other artists. Described by the media as a versatile, charismatic and confident singer/songwriter/performer who writes infectious and soulful pop/rock music, his music is passionate, authentic and exciting. Alex likes to keep the music simplistic and enjoys bouncing from one genre to the next to keep things fresh and original. A graduate of The Academy Of Contemporary Music, Guildford, Surrey in 2000, he is also frontman/lead vocalist and main songwriter of successful Cambridge band and The Red Stripe Cambridge Band Competition winners of 2006 New Dynamics. Alex says, "I think being an artist, songwriter and producer youve got to keep an open mind and not be influenced by just one genre. Its fun to write and play this way and I do not consider pop to be a dirty word whatsoever. Its about music and enjoying yourself and theres no way i would ever, ever become a musical snob...ask anyone who knows me well- music is there to be messed around with and enjoyed!I love it all!
